As part of my research into pro football start ups for an article being published at the end of this month I'll be talking to NAFL founder Christopher White this evening. I'd like to know if any of you have any questions you would like asked. In the next week I also be talking to the defunct NSFL's former director of personel, and a player from each FXFL squad.

Woods is not going to answer any question regarding Pittsburgh due to potential litigation, therefore he won't answer anything on the other seven combines which were not held.
As a result, he will not address the lack of: stadium leases/training facilities/local offices (Though he may be up to state “where” they intent to play though) coaching staffs ticket sales (only “deposits”)
I guess I would be interested in why did he (and investors) buy the assets of the NAFL years ago, knowing that these leagues always fail, even if they ever get off the ground at all.
Plus, why all the Facebook editing of comments from their “dozens” of interested fans.
FWIW, good luck. I really don't care for any other information which he may give since the band is playing on his sinking Titanic.

I didn't want to pry with Mr. White Then you're not a journalist. Just so we know that going in. Journalists pry. They ask questions. They don't shy away from them just because someone is forthcoming with information. It's fine to do that. Just don't ever pretend to be a journalist, then.

I'm talking about a large group of individuals associated with NAFL from Mr. White, to potential players, to the recently fired scout. I'm giving individuals and opportunity to be honest, and if they're not I'm certain that will show.

If you're not going to ask direct, pointed questions that readers want answers to, you're not doing your job. Are you afraid of losing access? You don't shy away and hope "that will show." You ask the questions. If they choose not to answer them, you've done your job. Don't leave it for them or your readers to do your job for you. That's a cop-out. Today's citizen journalists are more interested in staying in and around the game than about getting to the truth. Get to the truth.

Fact of the matter is that this board is essentially in it's last days and those who have an actual opinion (pro/con) on spring professional football, or those in favor of "alt football" DO NOT have the numbers to really care or move the needle.
Chances are that this "published research", which sounds more like something to be posted on Bleacher Report, Fanside, or similar site will have zero impact.

The hostility on display here is terrible.
SPG, why would you call out Clemens, considering all the work he's done to expose "Brandi"/Dwyer etc.?
So White snowballed him, big deal. Considering the schizophrenia regarding alt leagues over the past year, the A11 looks mature in comparison.
It's hilarious, even the NFL is ripping their veterans off for over $400 to do the combine.
Maybe stupid "Brandi" had a point. Gridiron football seems to be peeking.

I didn't press White because I didn't have to, the rate in which he'd provided me information surpasses my ability to fact check and reference things. I'm currently engaged in the process if talking to a plethora of people from multiple leagues and none have presented themselves in such a way.
I'm by no means saying that a few things aren't brow raising to me, but Ultimately to date his info checks out, after I back check.
