How about the Cleveland Browns? Can't be any worse than Johnny Manziel.

Really Michigan Man? Leaf, Manziel, Tebow and Russell. These 4 men have completely different football carriers. The verdict is not out yet on Manziel, but Russell and Leaf? Really? Lets take a quick look at the difference between Tebow and the other two. Lets strat with...
Ryan Leaf:
Leaf had a successful college career at Washington State University, where he was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy after his junior year. He was selected as the second overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, but his career was short and interrupted by poor play, bad behavior, and injuries. An episode of NFL Top 10 ranked him as the No. 1 "draft bust" in NFL history.
After his NFL career ended, Leaf completed his degree at Washington State. He would later have legal troubles involving drugs beginning in 2010, after a Texas judge sentenced him to 10 years' probation. Two years later, Leaf pled guilty to felony burglary and drug possession in Montana. After a suspended sentence with a stint in drug rehabilitation, Leaf began serving a seven-year sentence in state prison in December 2012. In 2014 Leaf was sentenced to five years in prison for breaking into a home in Montana to steal prescription drugs, which violated his Texas probation. He was released from prison on December 3, 2014.
JaMarcus Russell:
The Oakland Raiders selected Russell with the first overall pick of the 2007 NFL Draft. Russell held out until the Raiders signed him to a contract worth $61 million with $32 million guaranteed. Russell played three seasons with the Raiders, compiling 7–18 record as a starter. Due to his inconsistent play, the Raiders released him on May 6, 2010. Russell was later arrested on drug charges.
Now Tim Tebow:
As a member of the Denver Broncos, he started the last three games of his rookie season and became the team's full-time starting quarterback beginning in the sixth game of 2011. The Broncos were 1–4 before he became the starter, but began winning with him on the field, often coming from behind late in the fourth quarter, until they won their first AFC West title and first playoff game since 2005, defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime. Tebow was traded to the New York Jets during the off season after the Broncos acquired free agent quarterback Peyton Manning. Tebow received little playing time for the Jets and on April 29, 2013, the Jets released Tebow after drafting quarterback Geno Smith. He signed a two-year, non-guaranteed contract with New England on June 11, 2013, before being cut from the team on August 31, 2013.
On December 30, 2013, he was hired by ESPN as a college football analyst
Looking at each of them, Tebow is by far the better QB and better at making choices after being in the NFL. Just because the NFL does not want to have him play for their company does not mean he is comparable to "The Biggest draft bust in NFL history" and a starter that went 7-18 and then made bad life choices. If all three of them wanted to play in the NAFL most people would pay to see Tebow play.

A business which is basically a website, Facebook/Twitter accounts, and not had a press release in 10 weeks, has shown that they have any money? A year ago, there was similar talk about a company whose name was given to the original name of this forum....Look at how that went. The NAFL tells us that: 1-It's parent company is a Florida-based business. 2-The league itself was HQ'ed in Atlanta before every sign of a business was taken down from their site. 3-There is a plan to have a draft in Nashville. A city which will not even have an original franchise. Which part of that actually sounds feasible to you?

A city which will not even have an original franchise. Which part of that actually sounds feasible to you? To answer your last question first, there is nothing feasible about the NAFL. If you look again at my original comment I end my statement with, He may never play again but it's fun to speculate. That is all I'm doing with the Facebook page..speculating. Are there those that get crazy passionate about stuff like this, yeah, but I'm not one of them. I call topics like this "conversational hand grenades" You pull the pin...Tebow to the NAFL...Throw it out there...Facebook page...and then see what kind of reaction you get. If you look at some of the other threads I've started I tend to root for leagues and teams that for a time seem to be doing well, all the time thinking this one may not get any further than the others but I'll root for it to make it. I don't care about a lot of things others get worked up about, I would just like too see one of these leagues make it past the press releases. If they don't so what I don't take it personally. I don't loose any sleep over it. I don't get upset if someone on a sports forum thinks I'm one of "those guys" Life is to short to take any of this That seriously. So thanks for replying to this thread, This is what I was hoping for... P.S. I have to have theses kinda of conversations here because my wife hates it when I do this with her. :-)
