With all the bad press the NFL is getting about abuse, should the FXFL quietly and slowly stop using the "we want to be a D-league for the NFL" as a selling point. And how long before the FXFL makes a statement about holding their players to a higher standard. Just wondering.

The FXFL still has 28 days before they have to play a game. If the stop using the NFL name, they might as well close up shop ASAP because who else are they going to feed their players to?
As for their possible "conduct policy", they probably should have vetted every player they signed beforehand. As a result, Jordan Jefferson probably wouldn't have been signed.

Considering how late they are at getting players and how little time they will have them, I doubt there are too many standards. If they are breathing and available might be it.
