This saturday (11/10/2014), will happen the final of the GFL (Germany) and one of the biggest events for the sport in Europe, the German Bowl XXXVI! The final will be on the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark (Berlin) and the finalists are the New Yorker Lions and the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns. The kickoff will happen at 6PM German time. The game will be broadcast on Eurosport 2 for all european countries but you probably can find a stream online (mainly illegal streaming websites). The New Yorker Lions? Yes, the New Yorker Lions are sponsored by the famous clothing company, New Yorker that is based at the same city as the team, Braunschweig. Is common in Europe the top (american) football having sponsor names as they get more money to contract import players and give more conditions and credibility for the team.

New Yorker may be famous in Europe, we just don't have them around here. At least I don't think we do, I let my wife buy the clothes, she actually has taste!

Yeah, for what I read on Wikipedia, there's no stores in the US: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NewYorkerOh and I forgot to say that the Swarco Raiders Tirol (from Austria) are a sister team from the Oakland Raiders, are supported by them and they have collumn on their website (www.raiders.com) where they talk about the team's season and news. Some of their fans are maybe as crazy as the ones from the US: Other team that is considered "sister team" of an NFL team are the Gdynia Seahawks (from Poland) that are "supported" by the Seattle Seahawks, not in the same way as the Raiders but atleast they talk about it sometimes. There's another team in Poland called Wroclaw Panthers that are trying to get supported by the Carolina Panthers and the polish team have better uniforms and logo than the NFL team:
