His New United States Football League Facebook page has gone the way of the A11FL Facebook page. Is there any possibility they are merging?

There's nothing to merge. The only asset between the two is the old USFL team names. He or anyone else could just buy those outright without having to take on the rest of A11's problems.

From what I've heard, Mike has nothing to do with the USFL anymore, in spite of what he may think.

Is there a reason the USFL isn't filing a suit to stop him from using the name?

Officially he is calling his new Facebook page the new United States Football League and that it is the only official sight.

I've only known about Michael Dwyer recently, but from what I can tell, he seems like a hybrid birth child of someone from the A11.
