The fact that the NFL at least evaluated some of these players already makes them NFL caliber. No, it doesn't. By definition. You really don't understand, do you? If you applied to Harvard and didn't get in, but they looked at your application, does that make you Ivy League caliber? Man, you're really, really dense. Ok one, this forum is not for those who choose to put others down - just letting you in on a little secret. And two, let me rephrase what I typed. The fact the the NFL at least evaluated some of these players makes them at least worth the time. If these players belonged on the side of the street, or bagging groceries, the NFL wouldn't waste a second on them. As for what sgp had to say about "American Idol", that makes no sense. American Idol is a reality show meant to poke fun at crazy people who just want to be viewed on national television. while supposedly discovering the next big singer. The NFL is the most professional sports organization in not only America, but possibly the world. So yes, if the NFL decides to give a player a look, that already means that that player is one of the best in the world. Think about what I'm saying for a minute.

I like the Brawlers signing of Joe Clancy QB Merrimack. I read about him near the draft this year and seems like a D2 qb who could have had success at next level. Hometown school to, fxfl could really sell some seats feeding from local uni's
I really feel like if the FXFL could just have a few players jump to the NFL during or after the season, and remain financially sound they could really sway some higher end FA's who arent convinced FXFL is worth putting post grad careers on hold. Looking into the future I see the fxfl being a perfect place for qbs like Marshalls Cato .

Moving to one of those FXFL cities and playing for $1000 is not enough to convince a vested FA to play when the risk does not outweigh the reward.

All Im saying is if the FXFL is able to get some of their players to the NFL that will be incentive enough for some.
