So there have been 2 posts made promoting the creation of their 8th team, the Denver Gold. So I'd assume they're back!

Just remember what happens when you assume. Nowhere does it say they are back. They are trying to get customers to their design site. Those helmets will never see the light of day unless the USFL team names are sold.

Yes, yes, true, true. However the Denver Gold was never announced before the fall of the league. So my assuming is coming from that. You may very well be correct, but it seems to me that this is a silent revive in the making.

It was what won their crowdsourcing contest to become the brand. That is all. Move along people. Move along.

And even if so, why would the A11FL even acknowledge this? Wouldn't all that do is spark rumor of a comeback? Plus, the league posted this: "The Denver Gold is a modern football identity that represents the long history of mining and metallurgy in the Colorado region. The new mark stays true to the original concept of a 16-point radiating sun, but adds a small circular element inside a larger circle, which is another ancient symbol for the sun & alchemical gold. The addition of the color teal compliments the black and gold to add a touch of flavor and symbolism for the southern part of the state." Read that again: The new mark stays true to the original concept of a 16-point radiating sun, but adds a small circular element inside a larger circle, which is another ancient symbol for the sun & alchemical gold. This talks almost as if to say "The jersey will stay same to the original." In other words, THE TEAM WILL ONE DAY PLAY....I think the league is back.

Around this time last year and while they were "solvent", the A11FL commissioned/crowdsourced numerous graphic designers to present concepts even though Dane Storunson (sp) was actually going to be picked for half the designs. Not only did Kuty post on Behance, he also did on Dribble that same day. dribbble.com/shots/1738381-A11FL-Denver-GoldKuty notes he was chosen for three teams and was actually paid.

They have a design for the Cleveland Browns too. Are the Cleveland Browns going to the A11FL? Besides I wrote them about it and they said it was only a design. However, on that note. IF this design company owns the rights to those names then wouldn't it be feasible to sell the name and the design? Just a thought. I mean who out there would love to get their hands on the old USFL names? Hmmm.

He is just making a concept of what he would like them to wear. There are literally thousands of designers posting uniform concepts. Doing so is not illegal. I could make a Houston Gamblers concept on current Nike Pro Combat template and post it. And there is the little fact that CEO Scott McKibben was trying to take a job as the head of the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum complex.

Unless they do something that shows some money, there's nothing to see here.

Other teams had designs made too. Designs and a team on a field are two very different things. But I'd like to see it work also.
