I'm starting to believe these are all exhibition games. I'm thinking the same thing. At one point on a Mike and Mike interview, Woods said it didn't matter who won or lost, as long as the players got exposure. What? Why should I spend money to got see them if it doesn't matter if they win? I was going to go to the first game, but that comment really put me off. We'll see what happens from here.

I think that quote is a bit out in context and whomever runs bolts page cleared it up. It summary they said, while it is important who wins, the idea is that the overall goal is to develope players in sensible nfl systems, the teams will not run gimmicky offenses to try to run up scores or start chucking hail marys when a team is down, the fxfl is about showcasing and developing players in articulate, pratical, modern nfl systems.
